For Employers: The site presents head hunting and recruitment security services.
2. Access to the Site and Forms
Access to the site is free for any user with internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user.
The user undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information when using the application forms.
3. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Applicant
By submitting a form to viprecrument.com, the candidate undertakes to:
Do not usurp the identity of a third party.
Do not provide falsified documents (Diplomas, CNI, Certificates).
Do not transmit files containing viruses or malicious codes.
Warning: Any attempted documentary fraud detected during our verification process may result in the immediate rejection of the file and, where appropriate, an alert to the competent authorities.
4. Limitation of Editor's Liability
VIP RECRUITMENTS SERVICES makes every effort to ensure the availability of the site. However, its liability cannot be incurred in the event of:
Site interruption for technical maintenance or updating.
Direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the site.
Failure to complete a recruitment process (the site is an intermediary of means and not a result).
5. Documentary Verification (Specific clause)
The user acknowledges that VIP RECRUITMENTS SERVICES performs rigorous background and diploma checks. By accepting these CGUs, the applicant expressly authorizes the agency to contact the institutions issuing diplomas or the former employers mentioned to confirm the authenticity of the information provided.
6. Intellectual Property
The content of the site (texts, images, structure) is protected by copyright. The user undertakes not to reproduce, copy or exploit the content of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Hypertext links
The site may contain links to third party sites (e.g. government immigration sites). VIP RECRUITMENTS SERVICES is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
8. Applicable duty
These GUCs are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these Rules shall be referred to the competent courts of Oshawa / Toronto.
